一,、安全帽
安全帽使用前要檢查帽殼,、帽襯、帽帶是否齊全有效；安全帽應(yīng)戴緊,、戴正,，帽帶應(yīng)系在頜下并系緊；安全帽的有效期限從產(chǎn)品制造完成之日起計算,，塑料帽不超過兩年半,，玻璃鋼帽不超過三年半。

二,、安全帶
安全帶必須每半年經(jīng)過檢驗單位檢驗合格后方可使用,；有可能進行高空作業(yè)的工作，在進入工作場所時,，身上必須佩有安全帶,。

三、安全繩
為保證高空作業(yè)人員在移動過程中始終有安全保證,，當(dāng)進行特別危險作業(yè)時,，要求在系好安全帶的同時，系掛在安全繩上,；禁止使用麻繩來做安全繩,；使用3米以上的長繩要加緩沖器；一條安全繩不能兩人同時使用,。

四,、差速保護器
自鎖器在使用前應(yīng)進行檢查；自鎖器掛鉤,，應(yīng)掛在安全帶金屬環(huán)上,；受過嚴(yán)重沖擊的自鎖器應(yīng)該停止使用。
